Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026. By creating an account or using DentPass MMI, you agree to these terms.

What DentPass MMI is

DentPass MMI is an interview preparation platform for dentistry applicants. It provides practice stations, roleplay scenarios, revision content, and AI-generated feedback for educational purposes only.

AI feedback is practice guidance

Scores, coaching, and model answers are generated to help you practise. They are not professional, medical, or admissions advice, and they do not predict or guarantee the outcome of any interview or application.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access other users' data, scraping or redistributing our content, reverse engineering the service, submitting unlawful or abusive content, or using automated tools to overload our systems or the AI feedback features.

Content and ownership

The answers you write remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to provide the service (including generating feedback). Platform content — stations, scenarios, model answers, guides, and flashcards — belongs to DentPass and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial interview preparation.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and improving, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or retire features, and we may update these terms — material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentPass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
